Samira's quinoa soup with Vienna sausages

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100g quinoa
  • 3 Vienna sausages, sliced
  • 1 onion(s), cut into small pieces
  • 800 ml broth
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

gluten-free

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion pieces. Add the quinoa and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, then add the Vienna sausages and simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
