Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g pork with a little fat
- 250 g beef
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- some chili
- 3 tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp salt
- Intestine 10 – 20 mm diameter (salted)
- 4 medium-sized garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cut the meat into pieces suitable for a meat grinder. Let it freeze slightly, then grind it through the 6-hole grinder. Mix the spices and press the garlic. Mix the spices, garlic, and wine into the minced meat mixture. Fill the casings and grill immediately or freeze in portions.
