Brazil nut chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g sugar
  • 2 tsp bourbon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 bags of chocolate drops
  • 75 g Brazil nuts
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in the bourbon vanilla flavoring and egg yolk. Mix in the flour, chocolate chips, and coarsely chopped Brazil nuts with a spatula. Using a teaspoon, place walnut-sized mounds of dough approximately 3 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
