Bread casserole with tomatoes and raclette cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 8 slices of cheese (raclette cheese)
  • 4 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • 3 eggs (size M)
  • 40 ml condensed milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the bread and cheese slices. Slice the tomatoes. Arrange them in a greased casserole dish, alternating layers. Whisk the eggs and condensed milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the casserole and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 220°C (fan oven) for approximately 20-30 minutes.
