Ingredients

  • Not all too fresh bread anymore
  • 1 glass Oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Rosemary fresh

Instructions

  • First you put the oil in a container. Cut the garlic into fine slices, add a little salt and rosemary and let it steep for a few hours
  • Cut out the leftover bread with a glass. I don't use the bread crust. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.
  • Now brush the bread circles with the garlic oil. Do not throw away the remaining oil with the garlic pieces! You can still use it to fry vegetables, fish or meat.
  • Turn the oven down to 100 degrees and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until crispy. The delicious bread chips are ready!
  • In another recipe I'll show you later what great finger food you can make out of it! Delicious bites for your party! :))
