Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove crushed
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Baguette rolls
- 2 Pink Grapefruit
- 4 tbsp Roasted almond flakes
- 200 g Low fat quark
- 300 g Chicory
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
- Mix the garlic with the butter. Salt and pepper. Brush the rolls with the garlic butter.
- Loosen the grapefruits from the pulp, collecting the juice. Roast the almond flakes until golden brown. Let cool down a little, then mix with the quark and juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Wash the chicory, cut out the stalk and cut into strips. Mix the chicory with the grapefruit and pour over the dressing. Eat the rolls with it.
