Light Garlic and Onion Sauce with Garlic Chips

The perfect light garlic and onion sauce with garlic chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 tbsp Yogurt 10% fat
  • 4 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Pc. Asian garlic bulb
  • 0,5 Pc. Chopped onion
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

preparation

  1. Peel and slice the Chinese garlic, peel and chop the onion. In a mortar, press / mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil with part of the onion and garlic. To let go.

Garlic chips

  1. Mix the garlic slices with a 1/2 tbsp oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees with hot air for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
