BREAD: Fruit Bread

  • 50 g Dried cranberries
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Flaxseed and / or oatmeal for sprinkling
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  1. Put the wehl in a mixing bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Crumble the yeast in the well, add 50 ml of the milk and stir a little. Cover with a cloth. Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Now add the remaining ingredients and knead everything (ideally with a food processor) to form a smooth dough. Let rise for 60 minutes (covered).

  1. Let rise for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air. Mix the egg yolks with milk, brush the roll with it, sprinkle with oatmeal and / or flaxseed. Bake for 35 minutes.
