Bread Horseradish with Boiled Beef
The perfect bread horseradish with boiled beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The bread roll
- 3 piece Rolls old
- 0,25 liter Beef soup
- 2 dag Butter
- 2 tbsp Horseradish (grated)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Cream

- One of the classics of Austrian cuisine with bread roll (not horseradish sauce).
Preparation of bread roll
- Cut the (dry) bread rolls into sheets and soak in beef soup, bring to the boil.
- Whisk everything together and mix with horseradish, butter and vinegar (possibly cream / creme fraiche).
- Season to taste with salt.

Tip apple horseradish
- Use 0.5 kg of apples and some sugar instead of the rolls.
