Bread Horseradish with Boiled Beef

The bread roll

  • 3 piece Rolls old
  • 0,25 liter Beef soup
  • 2 dag Butter
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cream

  1. One of the classics of Austrian cuisine with bread roll (not horseradish sauce).

Preparation of bread roll

  1. Cut the (dry) bread rolls into sheets and soak in beef soup, bring to the boil.
  2. Whisk everything together and mix with horseradish, butter and vinegar (possibly cream / creme fraiche).
  3. Season to taste with salt.

Tip apple horseradish
