The bread roll

  • 3 piece Rolls old
  • 0,25 liter Beef soup
  • 2 dag Butter
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cream

The boiled beef

  • One of the classics of Austrian cuisine with bread roll (not horseradish sauce).

Preparation of bread roll

  • Cut the (dry) bread rolls into sheets and soak in beef soup, bring to the boil.
  • Whisk everything together and mix with horseradish, butter and vinegar (possibly cream / creme fraiche).
  • Season to taste with salt.

Tip apple horseradish

  • Use 0.5 kg of apples and some sugar instead of the rolls.
