Ingredients
 

Dumplings:

  • 1 bunch Soup greens
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 5 Allspice grains
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp Horseradish
  • 500 g Dumpling bread
  • 175 ml Milk
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat and bring to the boil in cold salted water, then add the spices and cook for 5 hours, then add the vegetables and slowly cook the meat until soft.

Dumplings:

  • For the dumplings, put the bread in a bowl, bring the milk to the boil and pour over the bread, knead well and let stand for half an hour. Then add the eggs and parsley and season with salt and pepper, shape into dumplings and pour into salted boiling water, bring to a boil, then turn down and let stand for about 20 minutes.
  • For the meat, put the butter in a saucepan and add the flour and sweat, then add enough sifted broth to the desired consistency. Season to taste with sugar, salt and horseradish.
