Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch of lemon peel
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Then knead thoroughly with your hands, adding a little more flour if necessary, and form 10 rolls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Serve the rolls warm. Approx. 93 kcal per serving.
