- Dried whole grain bread
- Hard whole wheat rolls
- Dried onions
- 2 tbsp Soy flour
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
- Water as needed
- 3 handful Pumpkin seeds for sprinkling
- Process the dried bread and hard rolls into flour and place in a bowl.
- Add the dried onions, the vegetable salt and these dry ingredients to mix well.
- Now stir in enough water with a whisk until it becomes smooth, add the soy flour and stir everything well.
- Let it stand for about 10 minutes and let it swell.
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread out well.
- Use a pizza roller to cut into the dough and sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds.
- Bake the whole thing in the oven at 160 grag for a good 1 hour. You have to look when it starts to tan.
- I then put the parts on a grid again and dried them in the oven … until it was dry, just try them every now and then.
- Let everything cool down and pour into a can.
- It tastes easy to nibble or with an avocado dip 🙂 delicious !!!!
