Ingredients

  • 0,5 cube Yeast fresh
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 500 g Flour
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 10 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Flour to process
  • Some olive oil to brush

Instructions

  • Crumble the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the Parmesan, olive oil, salt, remaining water and the mixed yeast and knead everything into a smooth dough. Knead again well on the floured work surface. Then form small balls (for me there were 15 pieces), flatten them a little and place them on the baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Brush the rolls with a little olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes.
