Instructions
- Mix the ingredients into a dough and knead the dough for a good 10 minutes. Then let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Read more about baguette recipe
- Knead the dough well again and divide it into 4 equal portions and form baguettes, if necessary use a little more flour and place the yeast pieces on a baking sheet and score with a knife. Then spray them with water and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and then bake the baguets at 180 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes. The baking time depends on the choice of the color of the baguettes, we like them a little darker.
