Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cube of yeast
- 300 ml water, lukewarm

Put the flour in a large bowl, add the salt, yeast, and gradually the lukewarm water. Knead with your hands. Add just enough water so that the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Then let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then knead the dough on a clean surface with a little flour until it is smooth. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Form the dough into a large log and cut into portions. Then roll it out to form a not-too-thin sheet. Roll it up from one side to the other to create a croissant shape, or form it into flat rolls. The only limits are your imagination. Sprinkle the baking tray with water and oil and place the dough pieces on it. Bake for about 30 minutes.
