Bread with anise and seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 4 packets of dry yeast
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 g anise powder
  • 3 tbsp sea salt
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 800 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients together well to form a dough, then let it rise for about 1 hour. Once the dough has risen well, knead it again on a floured surface and shape it as desired. Bake in the oven at 190°C for 45 minutes.
