Bread with raisins and nuts in the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g fresh yeast (or 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast)
  • 630 g spelt flour (alternatively wheat flour)
  • 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder, (alternatively milk)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter (or Alba oil)
  • 2 eggs
  • 225 ml milk, fill with water up to 370 ml
  • Raisins, 2 measuring cups full
  • Nuts, roughly chopped, 1 measuring cup full

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

original variation of the classic raisin bread

Add ingredients according to BBA instructions. BBA specifications: 900 g bread Program: Normal Crust: Medium TIP: Beat the eggs. Add water and milk up to the required amount (370 ml). The water can also be replaced entirely with milk. Slowly add the raisins and nuts after the acoustic signal.
