Breaded Black Pudding with Puree
The perfect breaded black pudding with puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mashed potatoes
- 1 whole Egg fresh (from the nest)
- 4 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- Fat, good butter for frying
- 1 Tablespoon Oil neutral
- 2 Discs Göttinger
- 3 floury Potato
- 1 good prices Salt
- 1 good tablespoon Good butter
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Some Milk
- Wash the potatoes, peel them in quarters and boil them in salt water until soft. Then pour off the milk and stir in the good butter, season with nutmeg. Keep warm
the blood sausage
- I take 5 slices I put them on top of each other, I breadcrumbs and put them in the hot butter and oil mixture and bake them out bright yellow. Drain on kitchen paper with the puree. If you like, you can also add roasted onion rings. but my husband doesn’t like that. It went really very quickly and he liked it.
