Breaded Black Pudding with Puree

  • 4 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • Fat, good butter for frying
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil neutral
  • 2 Discs Göttinger
  • 3 floury Potato
  • 1 good prices Salt
  • 1 good tablespoon Good butter
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Some Milk
  1. Wash the potatoes, peel them in quarters and boil them in salt water until soft. Then pour off the milk and stir in the good butter, season with nutmeg. Keep warm
