Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g carp fillets, ready to cook
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 120 ml oil
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 g horseradish, finely grated
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse, dry, and salt the portioned fish. Crack and beat the eggs. Coat the salted fish first in flour, then in the beaten egg mixed with milk, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until crispy all over. Melt the butter. Serve the fish fillets with melted butter and lemon wedges, along with grated horseradish and mashed potatoes or potato salad.
