Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of chicken breast
- 5 button mushrooms or other mushrooms
- 6 slices of cheese
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- some parsley, fresh
- some flour
- some breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Finely chop the onions and mushrooms and fry them. Rinse the meat and dry it in a paper towel. Pound the meat evenly and thinly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Top the seasoned meat with cheese, a little parsley, and 1 tablespoon of the mushroom-onion mixture. Carefully wrap the meat in the filling. Seal the ends with toothpicks. Then coat the rolls in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs (please note the order). Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Finally, remove the toothpicks.
