Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 small goat cheeses (coins)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 ml oil, neutral (sunflower or germ oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with salad in summer

Crack the eggs and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Coat the cream cheese patties first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, pressing them down firmly (as in traditional breading). Heat oil in a pan. Fry the patties on both sides and serve warm with a fresh salad!
