Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 50 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Create a breading station using flour, an egg beaten with honey, and breadcrumbs. Peel the bananas, coat them in flour, then coat them in the beaten egg and honey, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs. Heat a pan with oil and butter and fry the bananas on both sides until golden brown. Arrange and serve.
