Breaded pork strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup(s) breadcrumbs, seasoned
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 750 g pork, shredded
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix crackers, breadcrumbs, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle meat with flour, then coat in eggs and cracker mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry meat over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain on kitchen paper and place in a baking dish. Finish cooking in the oven for about 6-8 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
