Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- 1 cup of herb cream cheese with Provençal herbs
- 1 pack of cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 handfuls of breadcrumbs
- 2 handfuls of flour
- some mustard
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pound the schnitzels (about 5 mm thick), then season with salt and pepper. Pour the flour into a deep dish and coat the seasoned schnitzels in it. Whisk the eggs with a dollop of mustard and a teaspoon of oil, then coat the schnitzels in the flour. Then coat in breadcrumbs and fry immediately. For the sauce, combine the cream cheese and cream in a saucepan, mix well, heat, and season with salt and pepper. This goes perfectly with fries and salad.
