- 1 point tofu
- 1 egg(s)
- 10 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 8 tbsp flour
- Soy sauce
- Spices)

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Cut the tofu into approximately 3 mm thin slices and marinate in soy sauce for about 2 hours. Then coat the drained tofu in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Season if desired (you can also season the egg heavily, for example). Fry in a little fat until crispy and golden brown.
