Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fruits of your choice
- 60 g butter, liquid
- 3 tbsp curry powder, e.g. E.g. Madras
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the curry powder into the melted butter. Brush the fruit, sliced fresh or canned (drain well) or halved, with the curry powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes. Done.
