Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g yeast
- 30 ml water, cold
- 40 ml milk, cold
- 3 g salt (about 1/2 tsp)
- 125 g flour
- 10 g butter, soft
- Sesame, black cumin or salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 2 minutes
for 35 pieces
Crumble the yeast, mix it into cold water until smooth, and then knead it with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes, then roll it out on baking paper to about 20 by 40 cm. Then place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spray it with a little water. Cut the dough into strips about 1 cm wide and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rest for another 10 minutes. Brush with water before putting it in the oven. Sprinkle with topping to taste and bake for about 12 minutes.
