Breakfast Break Shashlik

- 12 Pc. Pumpernickel thalers
- 0,25 Pc. Apple
- 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 12 Pc. Fresh grapes
- 1 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 Pc. Shish kebab skewer
- Wash and dry the chives, grapes and apples
- Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the apple quarters into slices, cut the chives into rolls
- Mix the cream cheese with the mineral water, salt, nutmeg, pepper and the chives
