Ingredients
Basic ingredients
- 12 Jacket potatoes
- 6 Eggs
- 400 g Meat sausage
- 2 Onions
- Salt
- Pepper

- 200 ml Hollandaise sauce
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives
- 2 Discs Cheese (any)
Instructions
Basic ingredients
- Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes, rinse and let cool.
- Peel the peeled potatoes, eggs and the meat sausage and cut everything into rings.
- Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.
- Heat some oil in two pans and fry the sausage and onions separately.
- Grease a baking dish a little and first layer the potatoes, then the eggs, sausage and onions, continue like this until everything is used up, end with a layer of potatoes.

- Mix the Hollandaise with the milk and the egg, season with salt and pepper
- Stir in the Parmesan and chives and pour the topping over the casserole.
Complete
- Place the casserole in the preheated 180c. put in a warm oven and bake until golden.
- 10 minutes before the casserole is ready, pour the chopped cheese slices over it and let it melt.
- Take the casserole out of the oven, let it rest a little and then arrange on a plate
- Serve with a salad, if you want, and the refrigerator can be refilled with fresh things
