Ingredients
 

Basic ingredients

  • 12 Jacket potatoes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 400 g Meat sausage
  • 2 Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 200 ml Hollandaise sauce
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives
  • 2 Discs Cheese (any)

Instructions
 

Basic ingredients

  • Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes, rinse and let cool.
  • Peel the peeled potatoes, eggs and the meat sausage and cut everything into rings.
  • Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.
  • Heat some oil in two pans and fry the sausage and onions separately.
  • Grease a baking dish a little and first layer the potatoes, then the eggs, sausage and onions, continue like this until everything is used up, end with a layer of potatoes.

  • Mix the Hollandaise with the milk and the egg, season with salt and pepper
  • Stir in the Parmesan and chives and pour the topping over the casserole.

Complete

  • Place the casserole in the preheated 180c. put in a warm oven and bake until golden.
  • 10 minutes before the casserole is ready, pour the chopped cheese slices over it and let it melt.
  • Take the casserole out of the oven, let it rest a little and then arrange on a plate
  • Serve with a salad, if you want, and the refrigerator can be refilled with fresh things
