Breakfast: Chocolate Chia Pudding

The perfect breakfast: chocolate chia pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 35 g Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Raw cocoa powder
  • 2 Pc. Ripe bananas
  • 60 g Avocado
  • 200 ml Any vegetable milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. For this recipe, the avocado needs to be creamy and soft! Put all ingredients in a container and puree until smooth with the hand blender. Divide into two glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. The mass should then be thick and have the consistency of pudding.
  2. With berries if you like, e.g. top currants or blackberries, raspberries or cherries and, if necessary, add a little honey or maple syrup.
  3. The recipe can be prepared the evening before and then has time to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
