Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 ml milk, low-fat, 1.5%
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • some fruits of your choice (e.g. strawberries, bananas, raspberries, etc.)
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean and chop the fruit and puree it together with the other ingredients.
