Breakfast Muffins (brunch)

The perfect breakfast muffins (brunch) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Small white bread box
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 1 bunch Chives or
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 6 Slices of ham or bacon
  • Or sausages, cheese, etc
  1. The white bread (also works American toast) Cut into slices (12 pieces) and debark. Grease the muffin pan and press in the bread slices. Mix the eggs with the milk and the spices. Fill the bread wells with a little chives or parsley and put a thin slice of raw ham or bacon on top. Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 15 minutes. Can be prepared well for guests for brunch – and not only tastes good for breakfast! Variants with onions or sausages etc. also taste great.
