Breakfast Omelette

- 2 Eggs
- 10 g Ham
- 0,5 Pc. Shallots chopped
- Freshly chopped chives
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt not iodized
- Black pepper
- Beat the eggs and mix with salt, pepper and chives. Sweat the shallot in a small pan with a little butter and a few drops of olive oil. Then add the eggs and heat. As soon as the eggs start to thicken, mix in approx. 1 slice of finely chopped ham and fry the omelette on both sides until done.
