Breakfast Omelette

The perfect breakfast omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 g Ham
  • 0,5 Pc. Shallots chopped
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt not iodized
  • Black pepper
  1. Beat the eggs and mix with salt, pepper and chives. Sweat the shallot in a small pan with a little butter and a few drops of olive oil. Then add the eggs and heat. As soon as the eggs start to thicken, mix in approx. 1 slice of finely chopped ham and fry the omelette on both sides until done.
