Porridge with coconut milk and mango

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 25 g almonds, blanched
  • 1 tbsp syrup
  • 1 large mango(s), ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

vegan and gluten-free

Combine the oats, coconut milk, and plant-based milk in a small saucepan and add the almonds. Cut the mango from the pit on both sides, peel, and dice the flesh. Bring the oats to a boil briefly, then simmer over low heat for about eight to ten minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Let cool slightly, divide between two bowls, garnish with the mango, and add the syrup. 600 kcal per serving. Tip: Grated dark chocolate also tastes great with this.
