Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 6 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp muesli or oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Makes about 250 ml shake
First, break the banana into small pieces and place it in a blender or bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Add a little more milk if necessary.
