The perfect breakfast: simple banana waffles or kaiserschmarrn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Handful Oatmeal
- 2 Pc. Bananas
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- If necessary a dash of sparkling mineral water
- Finely grind the oat flakes and puree with the bananas. Stir in eggs and, depending on consistency, stir in a dash of mineral water. Bake the medium-firm batter in a waffle iron.
- The waffles are tasty warm and cold. Brush with jam or honey etc. if you like.
Tips:
- You can even just use bananas and eggs. But what z. B. can also be added to the 3 ingredients: 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed and 1 pinch of tartar baking powder
Kaiserschmarrn instead of waffles:
- Since I am so enthusiastic about this simple dough, I have already prepared it simply as Kaiserschmarrn. To do this, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and bake the dough as a thick pancake from one side, then turn and then pluck it. For the Kaiserschmarrn pancake, I add about 2 tablespoons of raisins to the batter. If you like, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon and dust the finished Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar. I like to make a raspberry-chia jam (simmer approx. 200 g raspberries with 1 tablespoon of water, stir in 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, let thicken, puree if you like)
