Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Buckwheat grains
  • 150 g Spelt flour type 603
  • 150 g Milk
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 125 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Date sprinkle or coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil or softened butter
  • 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Msp Ground vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Process the buckwheat grains into flour in the blender jug ​​for 30 seconds / speed 10. If you don't use a mixer, you can just use ready-made buckwheat flour. Add all other ingredients to the Thermomix and mix everything for 40 sec / speed 4.
  • Bake the waffles in the waffle iron according to the instructions. The waffles can be kept in the refrigerator for at least two days. If you freeze them you can simply bake them in the oven or put them in the toaster.
  • This fits e.g. applesauce or compote. Of course, other fruit compote z. B. from plums, apricots etc ... The waffles also taste good as a dessert, e.g. with a warm vanilla sauce.
