Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 g Ground almonds
  • 125 ml Natural sparkling mineral water
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, stir in butter, flour, baking powder and almonds. Then add the water and stir until smooth. Mix the bananas with the lemon juice in a mixer. Stir everything into the dough and let stand for 30 minutes. Now bake with the waffle iron.
  • If you want, you can sprinkle the waffles with powdered sugar.
