- 160 g Fine oat flakes
- 1 Pc. Banana very ripe
- 1 Msp Tartar baking powder
- 280 ml Vegetable milk
- Oil for frying
- Grind the oat flakes into fine flour and process with the remaining ingredients in the food processor to form a dough. Heat the oil in a pan and add one tablespoon of batter for each pancake. Fry over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Then turn and finish baking from the other side.
