Breakfast wrap scrambled eggs and bacon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cream or condensed milk
  • some butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • n. B. fried onions
  • e.g. cocktail sauce
  • 1 wrap(s) (wheat wrap)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cream or condensed milk and mix well. Melt a knob of butter in the pan and add the egg, stirring constantly until scrambled. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a small bowl and season well with salt and pepper. Then add cheddar cheese, fried onions and cocktail sauce if desired and mix everything well. Line the wrap and cover with the scrambled eggs, then place the bacon on top of the egg. Roll the wrap up tightly so it doesn’t unravel and fry it lightly on both sides in a pan over medium heat.
