Brie rolls

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 rolls
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of cheese (Brie)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finger food, a hit at every party

Halve the rolls and scoop out the insides (you’ll need them later). Brown the minced meat in a little oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add the Brie and let it melt (trimming the edges first). Deglaze with cream and milk and season to taste. Finally, add the insides of the rolls, mix well, and let stand briefly. Pour the mixture into the roll crusts and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
