Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls (baked rolls or 1 baked baguette)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 50 g lean ham, diced
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated (e.g. Emmental)
- 2 onions, red
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the rolls and spread with cream cheese. Finely chop the onions, mix with the diced ham and grated cheese, and season with pepper. Spread the mixture on the roll halves. Bake for approximately 14 minutes in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 180°C. Variation: Finely dice a yellow bell pepper and mix it into the topping.
