Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 75 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 2 glasses of cherries (morello cherries)
- 200 g butter
- 300 g flour

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Butter-vanilla flavoring
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
For the dough, mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and butter. Using the dough hook of a hand mixer, mix the ingredients thoroughly, first briefly on the lowest speed, then on the highest speed. Then knead on a floured surface until you have a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet (30 x 40 cm). Drain the cherries well and spread them on the dough. For the crumble, place the ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand. Then crumble the crumble onto the cherries. Bake at 180°C (fan oven 160°C) for about 40 minutes.
