Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bread rolls (Briegel) or rolls
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 100 g ham
- ½ can corn
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grate the onion and garlic clove. Dice the bell pepper and ham. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and mix well. Cut the brisket lengthwise, spread thickly with the mixture, and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven (convection oven: 180°C) for approximately 20 minutes, until the topping begins to brown slightly.
