Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 50 g Ham cubes
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 450 g Habas Baby = big baby beans
  • 100 ml Boiling water
  • 1 small Bouillon cube
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tsp Summer Savory
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 2 tsp Sauce binder light

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and ham cubes in it until translucent. Pour in the frozen baby beans, sauté briefly, then deglaze with the water. To season, add the stock cube, a little pepper and the savory.
  • Put a lid on and cook gently over a mild heat for about 15 minutes. Stir in the sauce thickener, refine with cream, season again to taste and serve.
