Mettigel His Sister

- 800 g Mixed minced meat
- 12 piece Grilled sausages, small
- Grated cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic
- 1 piece Stale bread

- Back to the 70s …… let’s go 🙂 Process all ingredients except for grilled sausages and bacon into a meatball. Shape 4 bodies 200g each. Make a net of 10 slices of bacon and wrap the Friko-Turtle-Burger. Work in placeholders for legs, tail and head and put them in the oven. Halfway through the cooking time (approx. 20-25 minutes), put on your limbs and finish cooking. The pictures come from a test grilling. I can well imagine that you made the design of the turtle more attractive ………. we then entered the competition with significantly more attention to detail. I didn’t really like this idea because it reminds me more of a children’s birthday party. But when I saw the reactions of viewers, I realized how much child there is still in each of us.
