Grandma’s Broad Beans …
The perfect grandma’s broad beans … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 75 g Ham cubes
- 20 g Branded butter
- 1 kl. Diced onion
- 1 glass Broad beans
- 1 kl. Stock cube
- 1,5 teaspoon Dried savory
- 200 ml Cream
- Pepper and salt
- 2 tablespoon Sauce binder light
- Fry the ham cubes with the onions in the melted butter. Then add the beans with the liquid from the glass, season with savory and the stock cube, stir in the cream and cover the vegetables and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Season again to taste, stir with a sauce thickener and serve with fresh jacket potatoes.
- Sausages of all shapes go well with this … ideal: Mettwurst or a small pork rib.
