Ingredients
 

  • 3 Sausages
  • 1 glass Broad white beans 660gr. Capacity
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in the pot
  • Add chopped onions and sauté
  • Add the sausages and fry them very lightly
  • Add the entire glass of "white beans" with liquid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of sugar (salt and pepper are not necessary due to the cooked sausages) and thicken a little with flour.
  • Go with boiled potatoes, fried potatoes or mashed potatoes
