Ingredients
- 3 Sausages
- 1 glass Broad white beans 660gr. Capacity
- 1 Chopped onion
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the pot
- Add chopped onions and sauté
- Add the sausages and fry them very lightly
- Add the entire glass of "white beans" with liquid and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add a pinch of sugar (salt and pepper are not necessary due to the cooked sausages) and thicken a little with flour.
- Go with boiled potatoes, fried potatoes or mashed potatoes
