Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 jar green beans
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the broad beans in a sieve and let them drain. Whisk the sour cream with a little oil until smooth. Stir in the diced onion and drained beans. Season generously with vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste and let stand for about 15 minutes.
