Minced meat – cheese – soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 500 minced meat, mixed
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, clear
  • 300 processed cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash 2 leeks and slice into rings. Wash the bell peppers and dice them. Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat. Add the leeks and bell peppers and fry. Pour in 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Dissolve the clear vegetable stock in it. Now add the processed cheese and sour cream and let it melt. Thicken with a sauce thickener. Serve with baguette.
